best time out

today i went fishing with my cousins (Nasir & Najib) and Najib's friends (Zul and his lil bro Faiz).
so basically i am to meet my cousins at Changi Village.
but eventually i came earlier then them.
so i waited at the bus stand.
and i noticed a guy and a lil boy by the side with fishing rods too.
friendly faces.
i have the feeling that they are my cousin's friends.
but im not too sure yet so i just waited.
when my cousins came down the bus, they were waving at the people over there and me.
so its true then.
the people i noticed was my cousin's friends.
haha.
the elder one, Zul, is so similar to my friend, Ariff.
and the lil bro, Faiz, is so similar to my own lil bro.
haha. weird.

anyway we go buy some stuffs for fishing.
plus Nasi Lemak and baits.
it was still raining, lightly.
we planned to go to fish at bedok jetty (east coast).
so we carried on our plan no matter what.
armed with fishing rods, backpacks, 5 packets of Nasi Lemak, and Pon Pon (seaworms.. you know those worms you need to squeeze out from the pockets which is their 'house'?).
good if you know, if you dont, then just forget about it and imagine, or look up the internet if you are curious.
anyway we took 29 to tampines interchange where we transfer to bus 31.
the bus goes up to Bayshore Road where we alighted.
ohh we had so much difficulty in alighting cos the bus is damn packed and we haf so much stuffs.
imagine.. right.
the only way to get to east coast is thru the underpass from bayshore road.
ohh now thats NOT the only way. (the new people into us a new short cut system. haha).
we can just cut short thru the expressway.
hahaha. dangerous?
not so. i mean you got eyes right. see where you are going.

about roughly... approximately... estimated... okok. 10 minutes later. i think... ya
we reached bedok jetty.
rain still falling like forever. light rain.
not much of anglers there. tide is going down.
we found a 'bustop' (the shelters in bedok jetty looks like bustops seriously, but no bench.) yepp. so we mobilize! settled down.
everyone complaint of hunger and the need to eat.
hahaha. after we threw lines in the water, we managed ourselves to the Nasi Lemak.
o greatness. its so heavenly. i mean its raining and we're eating a food so delicious.
oh sadly its not warm anymore. if it is, i tell you.. it'll be the greatest damn feeling ever.
5 mins and my food finished. waa damn sad.
stomach still empty. lol. so after that we carry on fishing.
caught random fishes of sizes no bigger than the hand. tide was low.
we came quite at a wrong time but nevertheless, PATIENCE! ^^
and Nasir caught this furry worm tgt with a fish.
the worm is disgustingly freaking. WATCH BELOW!!! THE VIDEOS ARE THERE.

later on my cousin caught a big fish. well not that big. swee swee.
say if u put on your face, your eyes, nose, eyebrows and lower lips, gone.
for me its the size to go into the frying pan man.
haha. coolness. he was so happy to get that biggie.
further into the evening, bait going to finish and we're starving! the 1400+ lunch in our stomach is like burned.
haha. about baits, an uncle was leaving the jettty and he told us that he left some squids by a chair.
wow. that was so good. we were running out of baits and lucky us, this uncle saves us!
wow. an angel... ohh okay. nono.
right. then we discovered something. something we never knew. the squid.. in the dark.. it glows of bluish green! what a DISCOVERY!
pity our knowledge not to that extend. haha. now than we know.
if the squids can laugh i think they'd be laughing.
haha. so around 2130 my family (w/o my dad) and my other cousin's family came down to pay us a visit. oh they brought food and bait! isnt that lovely.
so we fished again and settled for food. o man you must see how we eat.
we eat like WILD ANIMALS. haha.

so afta that medium sized fishes starts coming in.
then my cousin hooked up a crab cage with growth and seaweeds everywhere.
spotted a couple o seahorses trapped inside.
we RESCUED them! yay! VIDEOS BELOW!!! WATCH IT!
haha. anyway there's this uncle who reeled in Ikan Duri (ermm.. in english it translates to 'spike fish' but i think it has a name in english.
i dont know. 'spike fish' is not its name.) yaa so he reeled in that fish like so many times.
i think he had hit the spot. wonderful. good for him.
anyway later on when the 'convoy' who just came about to leave, we also decided to leave. they went off first in the car while we will go off taking bus. its already like 2315!
haha. so late. i've nver been so late out at sea and still wana go home take bus.
so we kinda rushed. oh correction. we did not.
we walked in a steady pace. no rush. haha. we thought of crossing thru the short cut (the expressway there) but we decided to explore the way to the underpass.
so we walked under the underpass.
ohh there are so many stories ab;ut that underpass. ghosts. you know...
the place was kinda eeriee. but we are 5 strong souls passing thru there man! yeaah! haha. oh by request, i blasted my handphone's music.
so we walked and walked and walked until finally we met the bustop. haha. all rushed to see if we can still make it for the last bus and indeed we do.
bus came, we board. and i part off first by alighting a few stops infront to take another bus home.

yaa. in total. today. best day. new people. weird stuffs. yeahh! now im freaking tired. stomach hungry. i better go sleep now. peace. ^^ GOODNIGHT!
