Valentine's Day: One Lost Rose.

first of all, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY people !!!
haha. today was a damn fun day.

okay yesterday, around 11pm+ i guess.
we (the some few guys in PID, my class), decided to get the girls in our class roses.
it was a freaking shock. bcos basically we like didnt think of it earlier.
kinda late. cos anyway tmrw morning got class (which later on dont have).
so we were like having problems as to where we gonna get the roses next morning.
we conferenced in msn. lol. damn pathetic messages if you ask me.
we were like damn stressed up so suddenly.
our instincts say the girls have something for us. so its better to have something in return right?
haha. so we think think, call call, STRESS STRESS.
in the end, we decided to split up next morning to get the roses in our estates.

i was one of those go-getters for the rose.
so this morning (just now morning), at 0800, i shot off to Bedok Wet Market there.
then from far i saw kind of green plants hanging from a bar.
seriously i dunno whats wrong with my eyes. nearer, its bananas!
damn. haha. but luckily i made a turn and saw florist shops one row!
lucky me!!! if not, then valentine's day, we (the guys) gonna be pathetic. ROFL.
anyway Bryan was also searching for roses but in his living area. the other side.
we were shouting thru our phones to update each other's situation. lol.

the rose is nice. but $8 each! but no cover/backing. i was like ... ... ...
then i strolled to the other stall & they got this $3.50 ones. i was like ooo.
not to say i cheapskate laa but this is mass giving. economy already bad. haha.
what is important is that it comes from the heart with sincerity right... ... :)
yepp. so i was to buy 6 roses. Bryan buy 7.

then i though of giving to this girl i admire. (she's very caring & kind.)
i can't describe her main personality here becos its very obvious.
others could know her immediately if i were to describe her personality down.
anyway, its not that i have that deep feelings of love for her.
just that i love the way she does things. her smile. laughter. compassion.
i admire her for who she is.

okok enough of describing her. i need to talk about the story i started. alright.
so i bought one rose. intentions of giving it to her.
and confess my feelings. not love ahh remember. just admiration. haha.
i am not prepared for love. a sad truth i have to face. becos i feel that its true.
the girl who receive my first rose last time. she made me open my eyes on this.
greatful to her. if its not for her, i think i'll be like siao ahh. haha.
so i must be prepared first.
then when i love, it will be a true one. so ppl! don't waste your love anyhow. rofl.

okay dammit again i strayed from my story. alamakk.
kk continue.. after i bought the roses, i head to school.
it was a smooth sailing, though i can feel eyeballs rolling on me & the roses im holding.
LOL.
i met Siong coincidently. ask him for help. to get a water pot for the rose.
becos the rose might die off if no water. summore we have to wait til majority girls come.
when we got that done, we asked Dennis (our lecturer) to help us 'hide' the roses in his room.
he damn funny one. "Oh, i thought they (the roses) are for me".
and then "If you forget to claim it back, its mine ya."
i & Siong was like ... ... hahahaha.

so we came to studio & saw Colin working on his Valentine's Day card for all in our cohort.
guys & girls. how sweet he can be eh. haha.
the girls' card got D.I.Y. mini roses in front. while the guys' card got some kinda XX thinggy.
lol. i dunno. but the cards contain short messages. each one different.
it was so cool laa.

then Cheryl & Siyi actually came already. they at lab on top.
then they going to come down. Colin was like quickly hiding the cards ferst.
so they came down & Cheryl offered us a cookie she baked.
"I bake them for 7 hours you know!"
haha. the cookies' appearance is not that good laa. but the taste was indeed marvellous.
Cheryl! not bad eh. next time any other special occasions you can help us bake cookies!!! :)

then ppl start streaming in. then Bryan actually came on the other side of the corridor.
he was carrying the roses so evidently. i was like "faster run hide!".
Siyi saw alredy. her eyes damn sharp & fast laa. haha.
but she cant really tell what Bryan was carrying in the plastic bag.
I was like trying to silence her so Cheryl wont know.
then at one point i accidentally scratched her neck with the tip of my file.
it was seriously an accident! SO SORRY SIYI !!!
when i panic, i just cant calm down. cos too excited. ROFL.
then when most girls came alredy at the studio, we decided to FULL RELEASE the roses to them.
BAN KAI !!!

so then people start wishing each other Valentine's Day.
Colin started giving the cards.
Cheryl promoting her cookies.
and Bryan helped to distribute the roses.
i put my rose on my bag. and it went missing!!! somebody must have accidentally taken it.
:'( sadded. but its okay. one lost rose. wonder where it went.
the plan to give her the rose is gone. bcos the rose is gone. haizxs.
and to confess to her also seems impossible. i just can't bring it on, yet. haizxs again.
anyway Siyi actually gave chocs to us all.
but she forgot to give me! haha. but nvm. a wish is good enough.

so we just chillout at studio. bcos no morning class.
then we went for lunch at Mac.
its so wonderful. first time lunch Mac together gether.
then we came back & Cheris gave us cookies with a small heart-shaped straw. so creative!
thanks to Cheris too. didnt know her well but still, she is giving.
right on, we do sketching of concepts for our pen design.
chill chill.
(okay i cut short fast one laa k)
HCD (Human-Centred Design) class starts.
go for consultation. done.
stayed back with Siyi, Siong & Bryan to continue our concepts.
Syarul was there too. she was doing her work alone with clay.
yaa. so then later later, we leave tgt.
Bryan left first.
then Kenneth called me back to play DoTA with Jason & Yuki. =.= ZOMG.
so after seeing Siyi & Siong off, I got back to lab.
and play a couple of rounds. yepp.
and thats it. FULL STOP!

so now i gona continue my conceptualising.
